- How often should I change the filter?
- We recommend changing the filter about once a month.
- Can I keep it outside?
- Of course! But, if the outside temperature drops below freezing, you need to remove the circulation pump and chiller to continue using the tub.
- How easy is it to drain?
- Super easy, there is a drain hose that can be accessed in the side compartment to allow for the tub to be drained.
- What if I don’t want to use the ozone?
- We get it, ozone isn’t for everyone! Although you can’t dial down the ozone, you can simply unplug it if you don’t want to use it. If you change your mind all you have to do is re-attach it and you are good to go.
- What is the temperature range?
- The Aquavoss Model 1 can get down to 39 degrees Fahrenheit.
- I’m on the taller side, will I still fit?
- We recommend the max height for a person using this tub to be 6’2” and below. This ensures you will be in the most comfortable position when taking your plunge.
- What’s the deal with the internal steps?
- The steps/shelves on the inside of the tub allow you to gradually work your way into the plunge, so you aren’t fully submerged right in the beginning. They also provide an easy way to get both in and out of the plunge.
