Our pod includes filtration with ozone sanitation, chilling/heating bringing you temperatures from 39-104 °F, Bluetooth stereo system, LED lighting, insulated cover, and WiFi temperature control to monitor and control your Qoolpod™ from anywhere in the world.

Qoolpod can be used in all environments. Equipped with a heater and well insulated cover, it can withstand extreme temperatures.

  • The Qoolpod is designed with all sizes in mind. The water level can be adjusted to fit people as tall as 6'10"+

We will send you shipping confirmation within 24 hours of your order
leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when
checking out.  

If you do not receive shipping confirmation from us within four business

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee and return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Qoolpod has the right to refuse returns if the product is found to be neglected, tampered with, or damaged.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
